PRESIDENT-Master Spartacus Muhammed Jemal is Military Commando in African air force special Commando and ITF taekwondo, martial arts instructor in Elite force in all Africa, India, Afghanistan, Argentina, Turkey, USA army's, UK, Morocco, southern Asia, Dubai, Jordan, Yemen etc. have been given trained special seminary and he taken military tactics recognition certificate. he has gates 8th Dan or degrees Certificate from original ITF. he has experienced above 25 years within Commando and taekwondo, martial Arts. Addition to above experience he graduated BSC degrees in Computer science from MTU. Currently he is president of www.spartacusitfethiopia.et and Mekdela College Gambella.
